    • Have a rotating duty roster ensuring a REALTOR® is always available to answer inquiries promptly.
    • Maintain an up-to-date listing binder accessible to all our walk in clients.
  • REALTOR® Open House – an efficient way to attract REALTORS® to see your home so they can tell their prospective buyers.
  • Public Open House – a great way to showcase your home to potential buyers. Discuss with your REALTOR® to chose a time that is convenient for you, typically a weekday evening or a weekend afternoon. Your REALTOR® will take care of the advertising and hosting for the Open House.
