What is a Market Evaluation? Also known as a Competitive Market Analysis (CMA) is a process by which a REALTOR® determines the value of your property in today’s market.
A REALTOR® will visit your home or business taking note of size, age, qualities and features of your property. With this data, they will then compare your property to similar properties currently on the market as well as ones that have recently sold. This enables the REALTOR® to determine what your property is worth in today’s market.
